Ingredients: 5 tbsp Peotraco Natural Cocoa Powder; 2 tbsp Baker’s Mate Instant Whipping Cream Powder; 2 tbsp Peotraco Sugarlyte; 2 tbsp Peotraco Glucose; 2 tbsp Peotraco Macy’s Pancake Syrup; 1 pack Soft Tofu (550g)

Delightful Chocolate Tofu Ice Cream

Ingredients

5 tbsp Peotraco Natural Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Baker’s Mate Instant Whipping Cream Powder
2 tbsp Peotraco Sugarlyte
2 tbsp Peotraco Glucose
2 tbsp Peotraco Macy’s Pancake Syrup
1 pack Soft Tofu (550g)

Instructions

Prepare all of the ingredients.
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until well incorporated.
Pour into a freezer safe container, and freeze overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
Scoop the ice cream, and top it off with your favorite fruits. Enjoy.
