Delightful Chocolate Tofu Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp Peotraco Natural Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Baker’s Mate Instant Whipping Cream Powder
  • 2 tbsp Peotraco Sugarlyte
  • 2 tbsp Peotraco Glucose
  • 2 tbsp Peotraco Macy’s Pancake Syrup
  • 1 pack Soft Tofu (550g)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until well incorporated.
  • Pour into a freezer safe container, and freeze overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
  • Scoop the ice cream, and top it off with your favorite fruits. Enjoy.
