
Delightful Chocolate Tofu Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Peotraco Natural Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Baker’s Mate Instant Whipping Cream Powder
- 2 tbsp Peotraco Sugarlyte
- 2 tbsp Peotraco Glucose
- 2 tbsp Peotraco Macy’s Pancake Syrup
- 1 pack Soft Tofu (550g)
Instructions
- Prepare all of the ingredients.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until well incorporated.
- Pour into a freezer safe container, and freeze overnight or at least 6-8 hours.
- Scoop the ice cream, and top it off with your favorite fruits. Enjoy.
