Rice Flour Noodles
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Peotraco Rice Flour
+ 1/4 cup Peotraco Rice Flour (for dusting)
3 tsps. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. vegetable oil
1 medium- sized egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. water
Procedure:
1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, blend thoroughly.
2. Make a well in the center; add oil, water and egg.
3. Gradually draw dry ingredients from the edges of the bowl into the liquid to form stiff dough. Knead dough into a smooth ball or until it is no longer flaky.
4. Generously dust board and rolling pin with Peotraco Rice Flour to prevent sticking. Roll out the dough and cut the width you desire.
5. The pasta is now ready to cook or freeze uncooked for future use. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Once cooked add it to your favorite soup for added flavor.
