Puto
Ingredients:
½ egg whites
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
¼ cup Refined Sugar
¾ cup Peotraco Rice Flour
1 ½ Tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup water
1 Tablespoon melted butter
Procedure:
1. In a bowl beat egg whites until foamy add gradually cream of tartar and refined sugar.
2. Add in Peotraco Rice Flour and baking powder.
3. Pour in water and melted butter. Mix all ingredients until fine in texture.
4. Pour into greased mold, ¾ full and top with cheese or salted eggs.
5. Steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve with freshly grated coconut meat.
