Palitao Espesyal
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups Peotraco Glutinous Rice Flour
1 1/2 cups water
1 medium sized mature coconut, grated
1/2 cup Refined Sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted and pounded
Procedure:
1. Combine Peotraco Glutinous Rice Flour and water. Blend thoroughly to form dough.
2. Shape dough into egg-sized ovals, flatten with thumb.
3. Drop oval shaped dough in boiling water, 3 to 4 pieces at a time.
4. Once it floats scoop out with slotted spoon and roll in freshly grated coconut. Serve with sugar mixed with toasted sesame seeds.
