Mamon
A.Pre-heat the oven at 350F
Grease 24 pcs. mamon pans and set aside.
B.Mix the following ingredients in a mixer bowl:
- 2 3/4 cups CAKE FLOUR
- 1 cup PEOTRACO CASTER SUGAR
- 15 pcs EGG YOLKS
- 1/2 Tbsp. ROCK SALT
- 1 Tbsp. BAKING POWDER
- 1 cup OIL
- 1 cup WATER
Blend well.
C. Then mix the following in high speed:
- 15 pcs. EGG WHITES
- 1/2 tsp. CREAM OF TARTAR
Beat until stiff.
Then add gradually:
- 1 cup PEOTRACO CASTER SUGAR
D. Fold in the first mixture (B) into the second mixture (C).
E, Pour the batter into the mamon molds at 3/4 full.
F. Then bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, yields 24 pcs.
