HONEY BROWNS
CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup butter
1/4 Cup PEOTRACO Premium Cocoa
1/2 Cup PEOTRACO Honey Browns
3/4 Cup Evaporated milk
 
Procedure:
Melt butter over medium flame. Add Peotraco Premium Cocoa Powder. Dissolve until smooth. add Peotraco Premium Cocoa Powder. Dissolve until smooth. Add Peotraco Honey Browns and evaporated milk and continue cooking until mixture becomes thick or until spreading consistency is achieved. Spread on breads or cakes.

Ingredients:

3 cups coconut milk (2nd extraction)
1 cup PEOTRACO CASTER SUGAR
1 cup Canned corn, cream style
MACY'S CORNSTARCH
1 cup coconut cream (1st extraction)

Procedure:

  1. Combine coconut milk. PEOTRACO CASTER SUGAR and cream corn style together in a large saucepan. Place over medioum heat and allow it to boil.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve MACY'S CORNSTARCH in coconut cream. Add to the saucepan and continue to cook with constant stirring until thick.
  3. Pour into a mold. allow to set and then garnish with latik.
  4. To prepare the latik, boil the coconut cream in a thick frying pan over medium flame. Wait for the mixture to seperate, The clear liquid after cooking is home made coconut oil while the brown residue is called latik. Take care not to over brown the latik as it can become quite bitter.
