Coco Jam
Ingredients:
250 grams Peotraco Muscovado Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Peotraco Glucose
3/4 cup coco cream
Procedure:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
2. Heat mixture under low fire with occasional stirring, until dissolved.
3. Strain mixture and cook for 15-25 minutes under low fire with occasional stirring, or until reaching thick consistency.
