HONEY BROWNS
CHOCOLATE FROSTING

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup butter
1/4 Cup PEOTRACO Premium Cocoa
1/2 Cup PEOTRACO Honey Browns
3/4 Cup Evaporated milk
 
Procedure:
Melt butter over medium flame. Add Peotraco Premium Cocoa Powder. Dissolve until smooth. add Peotraco Premium Cocoa Powder. Dissolve until smooth. Add Peotraco Honey Browns and eveporated milk and continue cooking until mixture becomes thick or until spreading consistency is achieved. Spread on breads or cakes.

Cheese Cupcake

A. Pre-heat the oven at 325 deg. F

B.Cream

1/2 cup butter and gradually altenating with 1/2 cup Peotraco Caster Sugar 3pcs. eggs

Then add the following Ingredients:

  • 1 can Condensed milk
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. iodized salt
  • 1 cup grated orange extract/ vanilla

D. Place in 3 oz. grilled paper cups.

E. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.

F. Yield: 20 pcs.

For chocolate Cupcake:
additional:
1/2 cup PEOTRACO COCOA (same procedure)
