Cheese Cupcake
A. Pre-heat the oven at 325F
B. Cream 1/2 cup BUTTER and gradually alternating with 1/2 cup PEOTRACO CASTER SUGAR 3 pcs. EGGS
Then add the following ingredients:
- 1 can of CONDENSED MILK
- 3 cups ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1/2 Tbsp. BAKING POWDER
- 1/8 tsp. IODIZED SALT
- 1 cup GRATED CHEESE
- 1 cup ORANGE EXTRACT/ VANILLA
D. Place in 3 oz. grilled paper cups.
E. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
F. Yield: 20 pcs.
For chocolate Cupcake:
additional:
1/2 cup PEOTRACO COCOA (same procedure)
