Banana Cue Ala Muscivado
Ingredients:
10 pieces Saba Banana, cut diagonally
½ cups Peotraco Muscovado Sugar
Cooking oil
¼ cup peanuts
1 cup All-Purpose Cream, chilled
Procedure:
1. Roll diagonally cut saba in Peotraco Muscovado Sugar.
2. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain in paper towels.
3. Topwith chilled All Purpose Cream and Peanuts upon serving.
